Islamic marriage is intended for people aged 18 or older. Minors must not create marriage profiles or participate in messaging; age gating must be enforced technically, not merely shown as a warning.

تخضع الهوية للتحقق عند تفعيل الخدمة من خلال مزود متخصص. لا تطلب من عضو آخر وثائق هوية أو رمز OTP أو كلمات مرور. لا تضع عنوان سكنك أو رقم هاتفك الخاص في ملف عام، وتجنب الانتقال المبكر إلى وسائل تواصل خارج المنصة.
When enabled, identity checks use a specialist provider. Never share documents, OTPs or passwords with another member. Avoid posting home addresses, private numbers or moving communication off-platform prematurely.
الإبلاغ والحظر والإشرافReporting, blocking & review
التصميم يتضمن فحص رسائل الزواج قبل تسليمها، وحظر المستخدمين والإبلاغ عن إساءة التصرف، مع مراجعة مقيدة للرسائل المُبلّغ عنها. تُتاح ميزات التواصل فقط حين تكون وسائل الحماية المناسبة قيد التشغيل.
The product design includes message screening before delivery, user blocking and abuse reports, with restricted moderator review. Messaging is offered only when appropriate safeguards are operating.
منع الاحتيال واستغلال المالFraud & financial safety
لا ترسل مالًا أو حوالات أو هدايا مرتفعة القيمة أو بيانات بطاقات إلى شخص تعرّفت عليه عبر المنصة. الإشراف لا يضمن هوية الأشخاص أو نواياهم بنسبة 100%. لا يضمن الفاروق إتمام زواج أو نتيجة قانونية، ويتعين احترام القوانين المحلية.
Never send money, costly gifts, bank details or payment-card information to someone met through the service. Moderation cannot guarantee identities or intentions. ELFARUQ does not promise marriage or legal outcomes; local laws apply.

أي اشتباه باستغلال قاصر أو إيذائه يُبلّغ فورًا عبر سياسة حماية الأطفال، وللخطر الفوري تواصل مع السلطات المحلية المختصة. لا تعِد إرسال مواد استغلال الأطفال.
Report suspected child exploitation under our Child Safety Policy. For immediate danger contact local authorities; never forward child exploitation material.
